Cadence Advisory Group provides fractional CFO and financial leadership for boutique hotels and multi-unit restaurant groups in the luxury and upper-upscale space.

The firm is led by a CPA who has spent years inside hospitality finance — managing accounting operations, building reporting infrastructure, and advising ownership groups running portfolios from $10M to $300M in annualized revenue. That work has spanned destination-driven independents, luxury branded properties, and high-end restaurant portfolios across the full range of financial complexity: day-to-day cash flow visibility, capital planning, investor reporting, lender relations, and transaction support.

Engagements are selective by design. Cadence operates as an embedded partner to ownership — not a vendor checking boxes on a monthly retainer.
